The day Hannah has been waiting for finally arrived. Her new kittens were delivered ! Kura (left) and Jayden (right).
This was delayed 2 weeks because Jayden got a cold. Jayden already has a damaged right-ear from a fight. (he will soon get a 'snip' which should calm him down).
We kept Minimi shut-away in the bedroom, while the two kittens started exploring the living room.
Checking out the high-places....
and checking-out the smells. "I wonder who's been sleeping here?"
Meanwhile. I was in the bedroom looking after Minimi. He somehow knew he had intruders, and he looked worried.

After 15min I put Minimi on his favorite safe-place on my back, and we came out of the bedroom to greet the guests. He looked-down on them warily for 5 long seconds....
...then made his feelings absolutely clear.
...so we went straight back to the bedroom.
Minimi complained and looked warily at the door. He didn't show the confidence that he had 8 years ago when he met Musashi for the first time at Baba's house. I guess he now feels old and outnumbered.
So I tried to reassure Minimi that he is still #1 top-cat. And then us two old guys had a nap together, while Hannah played with the kittens in the living-room.
The idea is to let the cats used to each others smells gradually over the next few days, before they meet again.
