So what do you do on a Sunday when its too hot and sunny for the beach? You guessed it. A family trip to our favorite hospital.
This time was due to a recurrence of Rika's neck problem. Her neck had got more and more uncomfortable over the week to the point that she had pains and numbness down her arm.
The doctor suggested physiotherapy (heat, traction)....
And a MRI scan to find out what is wrong. Which seems to be slightly protruding disks.
